Jey Perie first started his career in Fashion and retail in Tokyo, Japan with menswear labels BEDWIN & THE HEARTBREAKERS. Alongside Masafumi Watanabe, Jey Perie collaborated with multiple retailers across Asia such as CLOT and SillyThing in Hong Kong, Shinsegae and Boon The Shop in Korea and United Arrows and Isetan in Japan (2008-2012)

After the opening of The kinfolk Store in Brooklyn, Jey’s retail philosophy received several accolades including a New York Times article and several international pop-up opportunities including Le Bon Marché in Paris, Lane Crawford in Hong Kong or American Rag Cie in Los Angeles.
